Deutsch, Esq. Ms. Deutsch has been a member of the South Carolina Bar since 2002 and her practice focuses on the areas of real estate, wills, trusts & estates and business matters. The firm represents clients in a number of matters including: home purchase closings, refinance and equity line closings, 1031 Exchanges, development, land use and permitting, drafting of contracts and leases, and the formation and transfer/sale of business interests.

Ms. Deutsch was raised Charleston, SC and resides in Mount Pleasant. She is a 1995 graduate of Wando High School in Mount Pleasant, received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of South Carolina, S.C. Honors College and a Juris Doctor from the Washing College of Law, American University (Washington D.C.). After clerking for the National Center for Non-Profit Law, Ms. Deutsch practiced Environmental and Administrative Litigation with C.C. "Cotton" Harness, III until 2007. Upon forming her own firm, she has been heavily engaged in the areas of her current practice with an emphasis in real estate. Since 2007, she has presided over many thousands of property and loan closings.

Ms. Deutsch strives to be a valuable resource for the Greater Charleston and Tri-County Communities and represents clients and families from all backgrounds and walks of life. Her husband Marshall Deutsch is the Founder and Managing Member of Dodeca Capital consulting, LLC, a project finance company, and together they are the proud parents of two daughters.
